Projects Department Sections

Our projects department is headed by Ms Sharon an architect by profession and reports to the Adminstrator. Her department is composed of the following sections and their duties thereof:

1. Builders - headed by Mr Tavengwa with more than a decade spanning class 1 building experience with ZINWA construction department. The builders are responsible for all the bricklaying of duawalls, single or storey buildings be it residential or commercial.
   
2. Carpenters - manned by Mr Jeff Jazi a seasoned carpenter who has undertook great roofing and carpentry works for various upcoming lodges all over the country, the section is in charge of all the capentry works including roofing, design and framing of trusses, doors and locks fitting, cabinets, fitted kitchens or office cupboards, wall wardrobes, repairs and modifications
3. Electricians - electrical wiring both in residential and commercial buildings, air conditioning, geyser fittings and all electrical repairs are headed by Mr Chauke. Mybuildlink also undertakes both hydro and solar installation as per customer's request
4. Plumbers - Mr Tande a plumber by profession takes his team for all plumbing works including installations of handwash basin, water closet toilets, blockages, drainage, septic tanks emptying
5. Painters - Mr Albert Mhonda is an ex-military guy with twenty five years of experience in the painting business. At Mybuildlink his team undertakes all wall, roof, storage tanks, ceiling painting, signage printing and design including billboards.
6. General Works - all other construction works including landscaping of the ground, lawn planting and mantainance, gutter cleaning, glazing and repairs, driveways, demolitions and tiling amongst others.
