7. Registration Rules and Regulations

• Each registered account holder can only update material for his or her single registered entity i.e. account. Updating or uploading material for different entities user is prohibited.
• Each product/service listing must be for a specific catagory or group of exactly the same catagory.
• Each listing must be placed in the relevant category or will not be published. All monies paid for will be forfeited to discourage such unintended business disruptive practices.
• All for sale advert listings must be available from any resident or company. Items that are not in stock must be marked 'out of stock'.
• Company logos are allowed to be added as an advert listing picture according to account specified benefits only.
• Falsification of account information attract penalization and account suspension till Mybuildlink sees it fit to reactivate or ban your account. All monies paid will be forfeited.
• Existing adverts must reach renew date before you can renew them. However Mybuildlink reserves  the right to update current adverts at full advert placing charge only.
• Putting your email directly in the retailer description may attract spam robots who may pick it up and you may get a spam increase.
• Mybuildlink reserve the right to terminate any account at any time without consultation upon breach of any of these terms and conditions.
• Your confidentiality is respected at all times, and your details will never be willingly given to a third party.
• Mybuildlink is not responsible for the information supplied or transactions entered into by companies and individuals using this site.
• Abuse of these terms & conditions may result in termination of your account indefinitely without notification and compensation plus legal action taken against you at your expense.
