Job Duties:

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the construcion industry
  • Following construction related events, publications, and announcements
  • tracking of individual and corporate contributors and their accomplishments to formulate a surperb service to our clients.
  • Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners such as property investors, new home home owners and builders to discover and explore business opportunities

  • maintaining project files and payment applications, adhering to federal and state building regulations

  • interpreting construction drawings and  managing project timelines and contractor schedules

  • managing operational budget to make sure all construction document are compliant

  • She also oversees support staff members, preparing cost estimates, reviewing and negotiating contracts.

  • And lastly Mrs. G Maenzah prepares and tracks all mybuildlink construction Requests for Information (RFI).

Brighton started trading as The Merchant of Steenbuck in early 2002 making his entry into business. Later on he joined the Zimbabwe Ministry of Primary & Secondary Education  as a high school teacher majoring in Commercial subjects such as Mathematics & Geograpy teaching upto Advanced level.

Brighton later joined the ZRP (Zimbabwe Republic Police) trained at Morris Depot in Harare and became an attested policer. He worked at Gweru Central police Station till his early retirement in 2012.

In 2013 Brighton founded Mybuildlink and launched it online as a bridge between the building materials and services providers and users.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Brighton is responsible for marketing and making sales to customers on behalf of the Mybuildlink company.
  • He advertises Mybuildlink products & services to the customers by proving their superiority over rival products.
  • He also undertakes demonstration of Mybuildlink products and services to all our clients
  • Brighton also give good after sales service to this customers as this will ensure all Mybuildlink costumers will buy again creating goodwill about Mybuildlink
  • He does all the fieldwork and take suggestions from Mybuildlink Customers and forward it to the management, so they have a general idea about the pros and cons of their product
